One row for each of the 12,429 funds, with its latest figure: ticker, name, fund company, type, expense ratio, the figure as the source shows it, whether it's exact or rounded to 0.01% (SEC bulk data), what the source calls it, the source and its link, and the date.

One row for each of the 67,069 recorded fee changes: ticker, name, effective date, date announced, old and new expense ratio, the change in basis points, precision, and the source.

The fund table as JSON, with the licence, the date of the latest reading and a link to the changes file.
